Cough is the common clinical symptom of respiratory disease, it is often appeared in spring and winter. After URI, old men or kids who have cough need to treat pertinently, otherwise they will be troubled with bronchititis or pneumonia. In this case, we administrated cheongpyebyulgap-san to a patient suffered from cough, secretion and dyspnea appeared after URI. After administration of cheongpyebyulgap-sun the clinical symptoms improved. So, we report this case.
