ERP는 생산, 자재, 영업, 인사, 회계 등을 기업 전 부문에 걸쳐있는 인력, 자금 등 각종 경영자원을 하나의 체계로 통합적으로 재구축 함으로써 생산성을 극대화하는 대표적인 기업 리엔지니어링 운동이다. 본 연구는 목포지역의 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화 사례와 ERP 도입실태를 파악하여 통합경영 소프트웨어인 SMERP를 보급하기 위한 기초 자료 활용과 발전 및 정책방안 수립을 위한 연구자료로 활용하고 도한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰 등을 통해 해운 기업에 ERP모듈 적용 방법을 예견해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대한상공회의소에서 제공한 기초컨설팅자를 통해 목포지역 해운기업의 ERP도입 실태를 조사하여 통계처리 하였다. 또한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 해운기업의 홈페이지를 통해 정보화 현황을 조사하였다. 본 연구결과의 시사점으로 크게 2가지로 집약할 수 있겠다. 하나는 목포지역 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화와 ERP도입실태를 파악함으로써 향후 사업추진 방향을 정할 수 있겠다. 또 하나는 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 사례연구 등을 통해 해운업형의 ERP모듈적용방안을 제시할 수 있겠다.

The purpose of this paper is to predict ERP a module apply scheme at the shipping companies through theoretical consideration about ERP. The statistics investigated ERP introduction actual condition of a mokpo area shipping companies through this basis consulting data which offers from the commerce and industry meeting hall to treat in research. We investigated an information current situation through INTERNET HOMEPAGE of shipping companies about ERP. This paper will integrate greatly to an events of day point of this research product to 2 kinds. One will select the direction through we dance the hereafter grasp ERP introduction actual condition and the information to a mokpo area shipping companies. Another will present ERP module apply scheme of the shipping industry through another instance research with theoretical consideration about ERP.
