Abstract

Characteristic techniques of XPS, CO chemisorption and TEM demonstrated that Cl reduced more faster in ITR at 50℃ after calcination at higher temperature. This induces smaller amount of residual chlorine at adlineation sites between Pt and MoO₃substrates.
