Electromagnetic active hydrogel can be considered, as one of the intelligent materials, We have studied the kineties of the movement of electromagnetic gel. In this study, to improve electromagnetic sensitivity the poly acrylic acid hydrogel was added to magnetite. The actuation mechanism is based on magnetite diffusion, its speed tend to be some slow. Magnetite nanoparticles were prepared from FeCl₂ and FeCl₃ in distilled water. The powder diffractograms for Fe₃O₄ were measured by X-ray diffractometer(XRD). Particle size of magnetite nanoparticles was measured by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The mechanical properties of each hydrogel with magnetite were measured by texture analyzed in wet state. The resulting mechanical properties of hydrogel an amount of magnetite was increased.
