난소 경화성 간질종양은 난소의 간질세포에서 기원하는 섬유종, 난포막 세포종, 지질세포종양과는 임상적, 병리학적으로 뚜렷이 구분되는 극히 희귀한 양성종양이다. 불규칙 빈발월경, 월경과다 등의 비정상 자궁출혈 증상이 흔하기 때문에 호르몬 내분비에 대한 연관성이 의심되어 지고 있다. 저자들은 월경과다와 불규칙 질출혈을 주소로 한 30세 여성에 있어 난소 경화성 간질종양 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
