과거 20여년간 기침과 호흡곤란이 반복되던 49세 남자로 최근 증상의 악화와 함께 객혈, 무기폐, 폐쇄성 폐렴으로 본원을 방문하여 흉부단층촬영과 기관지내시경검사. 기관지 조직생검상 기관기관지형 유전분증으로 진단받고 4차례의 레이저 소작술을 받았으나 잦은 재발과 출혈로 더 이상 시행하지 못하였고 현재 타 병원에서 치료 중인 기관기관지형 폐유전분증 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
