Abstract

목적 : 건강한 산모에서 선택적 제왕절개 분만을 시행하였을 때 흡입마취와 경막외마취, 척추마취가 태아산혈증에 일으키는 변화와 Apgar score에 대한 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 연구 방법 : 2001년 3월 1일부터 2002년 8월 31일까지 인하대부속 인하대병원을 방문한 임신 37주 이상의 건강한 산모 98명을 대상으로 하였다. 이들의 태아는 단태아로서 초음파상 태아 체중이 2.5㎏ 이상이었다. 제왕절개 분만의 마취방법은 흡입마취, 경막외
