목적 : Doxorubicin은 영구적인 근절제 효과가 있어 본태성 안검경련 치료에 유용하나 주사부위에 피부 괴사가 생겨 보편화되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 부작용을 줄이기 위해 doxorubicin에 liposome 피막을 입힌 Doxil을 투여하거나 dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)를 병용 투여하였을 때 피부손상을 얼마나 줄일 수 있고 근절제 효과는 어떠한 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 백색 가토를 doxorubicin을 단독 투여
