Abstract

Two cases of resection arthroplasty for infected total hip replacement are presented with follow-ups of 5 years and 5 months, 1 year and 10 months. The wounds healed without any further complications. They were satisfied with the result of the resection arthroplasth(Harris hip rating of 53 points in case 1, 66 points in case 2).
