In 2 cases of ameloblastoma and 1 case of osteomyelitis, the hemimandibulectomy and acrylic resin implantation was performed for the removal of the lesion and the reconstruction of resected mandible. The technique was simple and there were non specific complications during the operative procedure and after the implantations. In view of functional feature and esthetic configuration, the reconstructive technique for rehabilitation of the resected mandible and condylar process was easily achieved with this acrylic resin implantation. Consquently we have considered the results were good.
