This is a case report of bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion corrected by anterior segmental osteotomies and postsurgical orthodontic treatment. The summary and results are as fallows; 1. Anterior segmental osteotomies after extraction of first premolars were performed to the bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion. maxilla; Wunderer`s technique mandible; Kole`s technique 2. Repositioned anterior segments were immobilized by acrylic resin splints with changed and fixation for 6 weeks without intermaxillary fixation, 3. The step fusion and interocclusal gaps between anterior and posterior segments were corrected by postsurgical orthodontic treatments for 5 months. 4. One year follow-up evaluation were performed, esthetic and functional results are good without relapes.
