We have been experienced an unusua1 case of a Pyogenic Granuloma in 72-year-old female patient. Clinically, This case showed the acute ulcerative &, necrotic lesions of the Rt. ala of nose, alveolar & palatal bone of premaxilla and redness of entire half of Rt. palatal mucosa, which were similar to the Midline Lethal. Granuloma group diseases, but the result of histopathologic findings were Pyogenic Granuloma. We administered the Antibiotics & Steroid drugs parenterally for the purpose of differential diagnosis between Pyogenic Granuloma and Polymorphic Reticulosis, and for the prevention of secondary infection and the remission of the clinical sign & symptoms. But the lesion was healed well without surgical excision.
