The effect of processing parameters of both applied volatge and tip-to-collector distance on the morphological feature of PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) nonwoven was studied. The patterns of electro-spun PVA nonwoven were concentric circles composed of nano fibers with two different densities. The fiber diameter of the nonwoven tended to increase from the inner part to the outer part of the concentric circles, regardless of applied voltage and tip-to-collector distance. In addition, a model of PVA electrospinning behavior was suggested.
