본 연구의 목적은 대인관계문제검사 원형척도(KIIP-C)와 성격장애척도(KIIP-PD)를 표준화하고 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 밝히는 것이다. KIIP-C와 KIIP-PD는 IIP에서 도출된 독립적인 검사이다. KIIP-C는 원형공간에서 대인관계문제 영역을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 8개 척도, KIIP-PD는 성격장애를 선별하기 위한 3개의 척도와 성격장애군 C를 다른 환자군과 구분하기 위한 2개 척도 등 5개 척도로 구성되어 있다. 이 두 검사를 대학생(N=1,460)과 성인(N=1,474) 표준화표본에 실시하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보았다. 그 결과 KIIP-C와 KIIP-PD의 내적 합치도는 각각 .69-.93, .68-.85, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 각각 .59-.84, .61-.80의 범위이었고 여러 타당도지표와 상관을 구한 결과 만족스러운 수준이었다. KIIP-C의 척도간 상관을 구하고 요인분석한 결과 원형 속성을 확인할 수 있었고 KIIP-PD의 경우 대부분의 문항들이 원판과 동일한 요인에 부하되었다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 연구결과와 매우 유사하였으며, KIIP-C와 KIIP-PD가 대인관계문제를 종합적으로 평가하고 성격장애를 선별하는데 유용한 도구라는 점을 시사한다.

The present study was intended to examine the reliability and validity of the Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problems(KIIP). KIIP-Circumplex scales(KIIP-C) and KIIP-Personality disorder scales(KIIP-PD) are two independent measures that are derived from the UP. KIIP-C is composed of eight scales which measure interpersonal problems in the circumplex space, comprehensively. KIIP-PD is included with 5 scales, three PD scales that distinguish between patients with any versus no PD and two scales that distinguish between patients with a cluster C personality disorders and the other disorders. Using the sample of university student(N=1,460) and adult(N=1,474) standardization sample, the reliability and validity of KIIP were calculated. Internal consistency of KIIP-C and KIIP-PD were .69-.93, .68-.85, test-retest reliability were .59-.84, .61-.80, respectively. Also, the correlation of validity indices seemed to be appropriate. Theses results are consistent with previous studies and support the utility of KIIP-C and KIIP-PD as a general interpersonal problem measure and a screening tool for the presence or absence of personality disorders.
