Renal involvement of Behcet disease is usually manifested by microscopic hematuria and/or proteinuria, and rarely associated with renal failure. We experienced a patient with Behcet disease who showed vasculitis and renal failure, This case is unique in that it broadens the spectrum of Behcet diesease.
