Behcet's disease is known as a multisystemic disease caused by nonspecific vasculitis of obscure origin. Among the systemic manifestations, pulmonary involvement is know to be very rare and only a few cases have been documented. The most important features of pulmonary lesions in Behcet's disease are the fleeting nature of the pulmonary infiltrate and recurrent hemoptysis, which is often massive and fatal. We report a case of Behcet's disease manifested as multiple pulmonary nodules which was caused by pulmonary infarction as a result of pulmonary arteritis.
