Foregut choristoma is a benign lesion of the gastrointestinal tract composed of smooth muscle, cysts, and glandular structures lined hy tall columnar epithelium, Brunner's glands, and sometimes pancreatic tissue. As far as we know, only two cases were found in the small intestine outside the duodenum or Meckel's diverticulum in the English literature of the world. A jejunal foregut choristoma in a 73-year-old man with a pancreatic carcinoma is presented.
