Strongyloides stercoralis is a nematode which is not well known. Infection by Strongyloides stercoraiis may be asymptomatic or mild. But in severe case, it may cause diarrhea, abdominal pain, hypoproteinemi and ultimately death, We report a case of hyperinfection with Strongyloides stercoralis, An exploratory laparatotny was performed under the impressian of peritanitis. After the operatiaon, the patient developed nephrotic syndrome and died 50 days after the operation.
