Peutz-Jeghers syndrome characterized by mucocutaneous pigmentation, intestinal polyps and autosomal dominant inheritance. The complication is intussusception and intestinal bleeding. The treatment is resection of intestinal tract. We expirienced two cases of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome associated with intussusception and report.
