This report present a case of double pylorus associated with Gout and peptic ulcer, which is very rare in the world. This patient was 60-years oId male who visited local clinic with the chief complaints of intermittent ankle swelling and pain for 8 years, epigastric pain and indigestion for 1 month. The patient was transferred to Busan National University Hospital because of suspected Gout with peptic ulcer. UGI Barium study(April 2, 1981) showed the stomach was orthotonic in type and ulcer crater at the pyloric antrum of stomach. Duodenum was normal. Control endoscopy revealed another plyoric ring which looks like accessory and congenital anomaly, and there showed scar-stage ulcer with mucosal fold convergency in prepylorus.
