Preoperative gastroendoscopic and roentgenologic fndings of stcmach were evaluated in 231 cases of gastric diseases proven by the surgical inter- vention and histopathological examination. The results were as follows: 1) In the diagnosis of 175 cases of gastric cancer, correct diagnosis was made by gastroendoscopy in S'2.3p,, and by rcentgenography in 81.6gnot significantly and 2'2.6'?; in incc.rrectly diagnosed group, m;l;ing the coincic1ence rate of diagnosis by tivo metlir>ds Ul / 1 ".e.
