Churg-Strauss syndrome is a rare systemic vasculitis characterized by bronchial asthma, peripheral eosinophilia, paranasal sinus abnormality, mono- or polyneuropathy, nonfixed pulmonary infiltration, pathologic findings such as prominent eosinophilic infiltration, necrotizing angiitis and extravascular granuloma formation. We herein report a case of 20-year-old male who presented with tender grey polymorphic vesicles on palms, soles, fingers and toes that had developed 1 month ago. Laboratory studies revealed peripheral blood eosinophilia, positive p-ANCA and pulmonary infiltration. In the past history, he had had maxillary sinusitis, and he was also suffering from asthma. His skin biopsy revealed eosinophilic infiltrates and leukocytoclastic vasculitis. (Korean J Dermatol 2000;38(5):646~649)
