Ebstein's anomaly is a specific structual deformity of the tricuspid valve characterized by abnormally downward displacement of the septal and posterior leaflets. The prevalence of Ebstein's anomaly was 5.2 per 100,000 livebirths. Additional cardiac anomalies were present in 38.3% of Ebstein's anomaly, non-cardiac malformation were present in 19.1% of Ebstein's anomaly. The case-fatality by 1 year of age was 23.4% in Ebstein versus 18.1% in other cardiovascular malformations. We experienced a case of Ebstein's anomaly prenatally by fetal sonography. A 35-year-old multiparous woman was referred for the evaluation of fetal cardiac defect at 31th gestational week from a private clinic. Fetal 2D echocardiography and color doppler revealed Ebstein's anomaly with tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary atresia. After normal vaginal delivery, the newborn infant had left hand's anomaly and Ebstein's anomaly with tricuspid regurgitation, ASD, PDA and pulmonary atresia.
