전남대학병원 산부인과에서 산전 초음파검사상 양수과다, 장관확장, 고음영 반향의 태변으로 장관폐색 소견이 의심된 40주 임산부에서 분만된 신생아를 수술적 처치시 태변성 복막염을 진단 하였던 1예를 경험하였기에 이에 관련된 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Prenatal sonographic diagnosis of the meconium peritonitis provides the preparation for proper management, decreasing mortality, and morbidity of the neonate. We have experienced a case of meconium peritonitis and presented this case with a brief review of the literatures.
