Primary ovarian pregnancy with intrauterine device is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. It is unclear whether the use of an intrauterine device predisposes to ovarian pregnancy. Recently, we have experienced a case of ovarian pregnancy with intrauterine device and reviewed it briefly.
