The incidence of perianal endometriosis is quite rare. We have experienced two cases of perianal endometriosis. The typical clinical history and local findings enable us to make the correct diagnosis. The treatment of choice is complets surgical excision of the lesion and the surgical excision usually obtains permanent cure.
