저자 등은 최근 본원 산부인과에서 난소임신 2례를 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Ovarian pregnancy is rare form of the ectopic pregnancy. 4 criteria for diagnosis of primary ovarian pregnancy was formulated by Spiegelberg(Spiegelberg, 1878) in 1878. 1. The fallopian tube is normal and separates from the ovary. 2. The conceptus is in the normal anatomic location of the ovary. 3. The conceptus is connected to the uterus by the ovarian ligament. 4. Definite ovarian tissue is histologically demonstrated with placental tissue. We have experienced 2 cases of ovarian pregnancy and report with a brief review of literatures.
