저자들은 1995 년 5 월 , 전남대학교 병원 산부인과에 내원한 66세 초산부에서 난소의 악성 혼합성 증배엽성 종양 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Malignant mixed mesodermal(Mullerian) tumor-MMMT-of the ovary is a rare neoplasm, only about 140 cases have been reported in the world. Most of all was heterologous type and 80% occur in postmenopausal women. At diagnosis, the tumor is usually in an advanced stage, and the clinical course is rapidly fatal. We experienced a case of MMMT of ovary in 66 year-old nulliparous women and brief review of the case and its literature are presented.
