Angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva is rare mesenchymal tumor. It has been diagnostically confused with aggressive angiomyxoma which was a somewhat different clinical course and therapy. We report a case of angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva in 34-year old female. Microscopically, there were alternating hypercellular and hypocellular edematous zone, in which abundunt capillary blood vesseles were irregular distributed. Spindle, plump spindle, and oval stromal cells were concentrated around the blood vessel or loosely dispersed in the hypocellular area. Immunohistochemically, the stromal cells were positive desmin and vimentin. Ultrastructural studies well developed rough endoplasmic reticulum, abundant in cytoplasmic filament and pincytic vessels in the stromal cells.
