본 증례는 과거 제왕절개술을 받았던 28세 여성이 무통성 질출혈을 주소로 내원하여 자궁경부 임신으로 진단받고 지속적인 가임을 원하여 보존적 치료로서 자궁동맥의 자궁경부분지를 차단하고 foley 도뇨관을 이용한 보존적 치료에 성공하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Cervical pregnancy is one of the most dangerous forms of ectopic pregnancy. It complicates with massive bleeding usually results in abdominal hysterectomy, and thus the patient loser her fertility potential. We report a case of cervical pregnancy treated conservatively without a hysterectomy. Hemorrhage from the implantation site was controlled by intracervial placement of a foley catheter balloon with concomitant ligaton of the cervical branch of the uterine artery. Placement and inflation of foley catheter in the cervix after cervical dilatation and curettage appears to be a simple and effective means of managing cervical pregnancy in a patient who wished to retain future fertility potential.
