본 교실에서는 자간증 환자에서 컴퓨터 단층촬영으로 확진된 뇌교출혈 1예를 경험하였기에 자간증에 동반되는 뇌합병증을 중심으로 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Pontal hemorrage accompaing eclampsia is rare but fatal. With the advent of the noninvasive, high-resolution, imaing technique of computed cranial tomography(CT), the early diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrage in a patinet with eclampsia can be achived. We report a case of pontal hemorrage in a patient with eclampsia in whom the CT scan allowed precise diagnosis.
