Abstract

저자들은 임신 30^2주에 초음파검사상 양수과다증과 큰 두개골을 동반한 초산모에서 thanatophoric dysplasia로 진단된 1예를 체험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Thanatophoric dysplasia is a lethal disease which is characterized by marked shortening of the extremities, norrow thorax, bowed long boned and polyhydramnios. We report a case of thanatophoric dysplasia which has been diagnosed by ultrasound at 30^+2 gestational weeks.
