본원에서는 직장 및 항문주위에 발생한 자궁내막증 1례를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The incidence of perianal endometriosis is quite rare. We have experienced one case of perianal and rectal endometriosis. The typical clinical history and local findings enable us to make the correct diagnosis. The treatment of choice is complete surgical excision of the endometrial tissue and surgical excision usually obtains permanent cure. The possible pathogenesis of the endometriosis and various modalities of treatment wer discussed.
