본 병원에서 경험한 Hyperreactio Luteinalis 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하 는 바이다.

We present a case of bilateral multiple theca lutein cysts of the ovary complicating single pregnancy. She was 26-years old primigravida, pregnancy at 16 weeks, with abdominal discomfort and increased mass size. Elective both ovary wedge resection was done, pregnancy proceeded uneventfully, woman was vaginally delivered a healthy 3330gm, girl without complications.
