임신 26주에서 파열된 angluar pregnancy 1례를 보고하며 하나의 임상 실체로써 주로 cornual pregnancy와의 구별을 강조하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Angular pregnancy is an implatation of embryo in the uterine angle, medial to the uterotubal junction. It may lead to several complications, both during pregnancy(persisting uterine pain and bleed, spontaneous abortion ruptured uterus) and in the puerperium(retained placenta). Its differential diagnosis from cornual pregnancy is often confused. Despite an abundant, continuing literatures on the subject of ectopic gestation there has been little discussion concerning angluar pregnancy. We experienced a case of ruptured angluar pregnancy at 26th gestational week and so we present it with a brief review of literatures.
