Abstract

본 병원에서 임상적 증상과 초음파검사로 자궁부속기 농양이 의심되어 개복한 결과 조직학 적 진단으로 난소의 방사선균증으로 판명되었기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 더불어 함께 보고한 바이다.

Actinomycosis is progressive suppurative bacterial or granulomatous fungal disease with local or systemic manifestation. Actinomycosis is rare in human especially pelvic actinomycosis is rare form. we report a case of actinomycosis associated with an intrauterine contraceptive device and brief review of the literatures.
