자궁내막간질육종은 희귀한 질환으로서 최근 본원 산부인과에서 그 1례를 경험하였기에 문 헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 본 환자는 현재 수술후 1년간 재발을 막기 위한 호르몬 치료로서 progestin을 투여하였으며, 1년간의 골반내진 및 초음파를 통한 추적 검사상 아직 재발의 소견은 보이지 않았다.

A case of endometrial stromal sarcoma was diagnosed postoperatively, and this 27-year-old woman had to go second laparotomy for complete surgery. We reviewed the clinicopathologic finding and literature of this extremely rare sarcoma.
