울산동강병원 산부인과에서는 1993년 12월 30일 병합임신이 의심되어 개복수술을 시행하였 던바 좌측난관 임신과 우측 자궁각 임신이 정상 자궁강내 임신과 동반된 병합임신 1례를 경 험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The coexistence of intrauterine and extrauterine gestation is a somewhat rare obstetric phenomenon. The first case was reported in 1708 by Duverney as an autospy finding. Extruterine pregnancy is rather common in ovulation induction and IVF-ET. We experienced a case resulted in the triple pregnancies-one intrauterine two ectopic-following IVF-ET in a woman with secondary infertility. Following is a report of this case with a brief review of literatures.
