저자들은 임신 42주에 산전 초음파검사에서 발견된 type I CCAM 신생아가 자연분만후 응급 수술(폐엽절제술)을 받고 합병증없이 회복된 1예를 체험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung is a rare hamartoma of the lung(CCAML) characterized by overgrowth of terminal bronchioles at the expenses of saccular spaces. We experienced a case of CCAML in neonates of 25 years old pregnanct woman and postterm (42 weeks), which was detected sonographically at term. We presented the case with a brief review of related literatures.
