저자 등은 서울위생병원에서 임신 38주 3일의 초산부에 대해 둔위 쌍태아로 시행한 제왕절개술에서 흉부유착 중복기형아 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Conjoined twins are uniovulr twins in whom the embryonic area failed to split completely and the two individuals remain attached, siamese twins are one variey. We have recently experienced a case of thoracopagus and present this case with a brief review of cnocerned literature.
