저자들은 고려의대 안산병원 산부인과에서 34세 경산부에 발생한 원발성 자궁경부 암육종을 근치수술 및 대동맥, 양측 골반림프절 절제술을 시행하고 cisplatinum-adriamycin-cyclophosphamide 병합 요법으로 보조적 치료를 시행하고 추적검사상 현재까지 재발의 소견은 없으며 정상생활을 하고 있다. 이상의 치험예를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바입니다.

Primary carcinosarcoma of the uterine cervix is very rare neoplasms. Carcinosarcoma and mixed mesodermal tumor are different only in histologic appearance and they have a similar clinical course and prognosis. Carcinosarcoma consists only of intermingled carcinomatous and homologous sarcomatous component, and mixed mesodermal tumors demonstrate heterologous elements that take the form of striated muscles, cartilage or bone. The present report describes a 36-year-old woman diagnosed with primary carcinosarcoma of the uterine cervix. She was treated with radical hysterectomy and paraaortic cin-cyclophosphamide. We reviewed this patient with a brief literatures.
