Abstract

원인불명의 양수과닺ㅇ 환자 1례를 대상으로 indomethacin을 투여하여 조산방지 및 양수량 감소에 성공적인 결과를 얻었으나 후에 태아의 횡경막 탈장이 발생한 예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Indomethacin, a potent prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor, has recently been used in the treatment of polyhydramnios but appears to increase the risk of several important neonatal complications associated with preterm birth. We experienced the first case of diaphragmatic hernia after successful treatment of polyhydramnios with indomethacin and present it with the review of literatures.
