저자들은 초산부에서 임신말기에 PUPPP가 발생하였으나 질식분만 2주후에 보존적 요법으로 치유된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

PUPPP(pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy) is a relatively common benign dermatosis of pregnancy. It generally occurs in primigravidas. Its etiology is unknown. The clinical manifestations include erythematous urticarial papules and palques that begin on the abdomen and spread to involve the buttocks, hips, thighs, legs, and upper inner arms, but facial involvement is rare. We report a case of PUPPP syndrome in a 27 year old primigravid woman. With conservative treatment, the symptoms resolved twol weeks after delivery.
