최근 본원 산부인과에서 자궁체부에서 발생한 희귀한 저등급 자궁내막 간질성육종 1례를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma is very rare. It has occasional local recurrence, which might be arisen from endometrial stroma, from adenomyosis, rarely from endometriosis. The authors recently experienced a case of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma in a 36 years old woman. These case was treated by total abdominal hysterectomy. It was revealed low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma, showing myometrial invasion. The authors briefly described the clinical and pathologic findings of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma with a review of literatures.
