보고자들은 흔적자궁각에서 선근종 발생을 동반한 단각자궁 산모에서 여러차례 유산과 사산을 경험한 후 임신을 만삭까지 유지하여 분만시켰던 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

In this presentation, the authors experienced a case of successful term pregnancy in a patient with unicornuate uterus and rudimentary horn with a review of the pertient literature in order to discuss relevant method of treatment, pregnancy performance, clinical characteristics and associated anomalies.
