저자들은 본원 산부인과에서 1993년 자궁경부의 adenoma malignum(minimal deviation adenocar cinoma)으로 진단되어 자궁적출술 및 양측난소제거술 시행 후 방사선치료를 받고 있는 환자의 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The " Adenoma Malignum" (Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma) of the uterine cervix is very rare and has been used for a cervical adenocarcinoma characterized by glands with a deceptively benign histological appearance. But the prognosis of this tumor is poor We experienced one case of Adenoma malignum forund in 33-year-old house wife performing hysterectomy and report this case with a brief veveiw of literature.
