Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor is an uncommon tumor that may manifest itself by a dramatic virilizing influence. This neoplasm is composed of sex-cord and stromal elements, and its components have the capacity to a greater or lesser extent to recapitulate the cells of the testis at different stages of development. The patient was 33 years old married woman. She complained of amenorrhea for 18 months. Her clitoris became hypertrophied. She palpated abdominal mass. So the patient underwent unilateral salpingoophorectomy. The mass was 3 x 2.5cm in size and 620 gm in weight. Microscopic diagnosis of the tumor was Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor, intermediate differentiated type. Plasma testosterone dropped from 3.28ng/ml to 0.1ng/ml after the operation. On the 32th day following operation, she returned to normal memnstruation. So here we report above case with brief review of literature.
