저자들은 경희대학교 부속병원 산부인과에서 수술후 병리조직학적으로 확진된 난소의 악성임파종 1례를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하였다.

Malignant ovarian lymphoma is very rare entity and has a poor prognosis. It is not clear whether the ovary can be primary site or is only the initial organ to be clinically involved in a generalized disease process. For the therapeutic purposes, ovarian lymphoma should always considered as a local manifestation of systemic disease. We report here a case of malignant ovarian lymphoma in a 28 years old woman with a brief review of literature.
