The endometrial cyst is usually about 1 cm in diameter and is rarely larger than a grapefruit. When the diameter of an endometrial cyst exceeds 15 cm, malignancy must be suspected. A case of large endometrial cyst of ovary is presented and a brief review of the literature is made.
