양막대증후군은 최근 초음파기기의 발달로 이를 이용한 산전진단이 ㅑㅇ상되고는 있으나, 다른 선천성 및 유전성 기형과의 감별이 어려운 경우가 많아 산전진단을 위하여 세심한 주의를 필요로 한다. 저자 등은 최근에 양막대증후군 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The amniotic band syndrome is a collection of fectal malformations associated with fibrous bands that appear to entangle or entrap various fetal parts in utero, leading to deformation, malformation, or disruption. The most commonly associated anomalies include amputations, constriction bands, syndactyly, craniofacial defects, club feet, and cleft lip. We had experienced a case of amniotic band syndrome and presented with a brief review of literature.
